Presale Engineer - TP-LINK ENTERPRISES (THAILAND) CO., LTD.

• Manage and supervise on-site activities, coordination, and engineering and systems design works.
• Communicate with clients to identify technical needs and explain complex technical issues.
• Conduct analysis, testing, and simulation of control strategies; learn new technologies; and develop a robust technical team to support sales and project activities.
• Assess technical opportunities and generate innovative ideas based on consumer needs.
• Work with existing software and engineering hardware components to optimize for the latest technological requirements.
• Provide technical support and expertise to clients, including testing applications, responding to inquiries, and leading demonstrations.
• Conduct on-site diagnoses, research, and studies as required.
• Oversee field activities and implement engineering designs.
• Support onsite teams with project management, including attending meetings, coordination, design, shop drawing planning, documentation submission, and supervision.
• Liaise with consultants, architects, and contractors on behalf of onsite teams to handle all technical matters.
• Collaborate with external parties and customers to plan, organize, and direct technical activities.
• Assist onsite teams in developing project schedules in compliance with customer requirements, deadlines, and milestones; establish mechanisms to track field progress; and update schedules regularly.
• Ensure timely completion of all projects, particularly testing and commissioning schedules, and adherence to specifications for onsite teams.

• Male or Female, aged 28 – 38 years.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in an IT-related engineering field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the telecommunications sector.
• Experience with innovation processes and project management.
• Competence in applied data analytics, IT systems, and IT software.
• Strong awareness of building systems, hardware, data architectures, and relevant regulations.
• Proactive attitude with the ability to effectively apply research skills to various projects.
• Ability to travel to partner or customer sites.
• Thai nationality required.
