Responsibilities
- Manage and prepare sales and export documentation: Responsible for preparing, reviewing, and maintaining sales and export-related documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance for international business operations.
- Provide international sales support: Coordinate with the sales team and relevant departments to support sales operations with overseas customers, ensuring smooth communication and timely responses to customer requirements.
- Manage the preparation and shipment of product samples: Oversee the preparation and delivery of product samples to international customers and follow up to support sales opportunities and strengthen customer relationships.
- Prepare and issue quotations: Prepare quotations and relevant product information to support customer decision-making and contribute to business development opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders: Work closely with internal teams such as Sales, Logistics, and Production to ensure efficient execution of sales and export processes.
- Maintain and organize sales documentation: Manage and organize sales-related documents systematically to support sales operations and ensure efficient customer service.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in related field
- 3–5 years of experience in Export Sales or International Business. Experience specifically in building materials or the glass industry is highly preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (both spoken and written).
- Knowledge of export documentation and procedures will be an advantage.
- Strong negotiation and team management skills
