Responsibilities
เรากำลังมองหา ผู้ช่วยผู้บริหาร (PA) ที่พร้อมทำงานใกล้ชิดแบบ 1:1 กับ CEO เพื่อขับเคลื่อนงานเชิงกลยุทธ์และปฏิบัติการของหลายธุรกิจในเครือ อาทิ The Cubic Fitness, Two Thunder Coffee Roaster, Saifahbhayu Performance, Aliah Makia, Huas of ABBI และโปรเจกต์ใหม่ ๆ ที่กำลังเติบโต บทบาทนี้ต้องการคนที่คิดเป็นระบบ คล่องตัว ประสานงานได้ยอดเยี่ยม จัดลำดับความสำคัญเก่ง และรักษาความลับได้ดี คุณจะดูแลตั้งแต่การจัดตารางงาน การเตรียม สรุปการประชุม ระดมข้อมูลเพื่อการตัดสินใจของผู้บริหาร ไปจนถึงติดตามโปรเจกต์ให้เดินหน้า อย่างแม่นยำ ตรงเวลา และมีประสิทธิภาพ
1.Executive Support / งานเลขานุการผู้บริหาร
• บริหารจัดการ ตารางนัดหมาย การประชุม และกำหนดการของ CEO
• จดบันทึกประชุม (Minutes of Meeting) และสรุป ประเด็นสำคัญ–ผู้รับผิดชอบ–Timeline
ประสานงานและติดตามงานจากฝ่ายต่าง ๆ ให้เป็นไปตามแผน
• จัดทำ Executive Summary / รายงานสรุป เพื่อประกอบการตัดสินใจของผู้บริหาร
• ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานภายใน–ภายนอก และพาร์ทเนอร์ต่าง ๆ
• เข้าร่วมประชุมกับผู้บริหาร และจัดทำสรุปเชิงบริหาร
จัดการงานที่เร่งด่วน พร้อมปรับแผนตามสถานการณ์
2.Business Support / Project Coordination
• ประสานงานกับทีมธุรกิจในเครือ เช่น The Cubic Fitness, Two Thunder Coffee Roaster, Saifahbhayu Performance, Aliah Makia, She Serve
• ติดตามโปรเจกต์ใหม่ ๆ ทั้งด้านปฏิบัติการ การตลาด การขาย หรืองานพัฒนาองค์กรตามที่มอบหมาย
• รวบรวมข้อมูลจากหลายฝ่ายเพื่อนำมาสรุปเป็นข้อมูลสรุปให้ผู้บริหาร
• ช่วยดู Timeline, Status, ปัญหา และสิ่งที่ต้องเร่งตัดสินใจ
• ตรวจสอบความเรียบร้อยของกิจกรรม โครงการ หรือแคมเปญสำคัญ (ระดับภาพรวม ไม่ลงงานเชิงเทคนิค)
• ตรวจสอบให้มั่นใจว่าทุกหน่วยงานสื่อสารตรงกัน และงานเดินหน้าอย่างราบรื่น
• สนับสนุนงานดำเนินการในการเปิดตัวโปรเจกต์ใหม่ของแต่ละธุรกิจ (ในมุมประสานงาน/จัดการ ไม่ใช่งานMarketingโดยตรง)
• สนับสนุนงานพิเศษ/โปรเจกต์ใหม่ของแต่ละธุรกิจในเครือ (เช่น The Cubic Fitness, Two Thunder Coffee Roaster, Saifahbhayu Performance, Aliah Makia, etc.)
Qualifications
• วุฒิปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาบริหารธุรกิจ การจัดการ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• ประสบการณ์เลขานุการผู้บริหาร/ผู้ช่วยผู้บริหาร อย่างน้อย 5 ปี
• สื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษและภาษาญี่ปุ่นได้ดี (พูด/อ่าน/เขียน)
• ทักษะการสื่อสารและประสานงานยอดเยี่ยม ทำงานร่วมกับหลายฝ่ายได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
• ละเอียดรอบคอบ จัดลำดับความสำคัญได้ดี ติดตามงานจนจบ
• ความรับผิดชอบสูง ทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันและสภาพแวดล้อมที่เปลี่ยนแปลงเร็วได้
• บุคลิกภาพดี มืออาชีพ และรักษาความลับขององค์กร–ผู้บริหารได้ดี
• ยืดหยุ่นเรื่องเวลา สามารถปรับตามตารางผู้บริหาร และรองรับการประชุมนอกเวลา/นอกสถานที่ได้
พิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ: ใช้งาน Google Workspace / Microsoft Office / Calendar & Email Management / Zoom–Meet คล่อง และสรุปข้อมูลเชิงผู้บริหาร (Executive Summary) ได้กระชับ ตรงประเด็น
