Responsibilities
- บริหารและควบคุมการดำเนินงานของสาขาให้ได้ตามแผนบริษัท
- วางแผนยอดขาย ควบคุมต้นทุน และผลักดันกำไรให้เติบโต
- พัฒนะ Store Manager และพนักงานในพื้นที่
- ติดตามคุณภาพร้าน และขับเคลื่อนมาตรฐานบริการให้โดดเด่น
- สนับสนุนการขยายสาขาและการเติบโตของร้าน Franchise
- บริหารทีมงานคุณภาพให้เป็น Yes ! Topster
Qualifications
-วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรีทุกสาขา
-มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Supermarket ค้าปลีก หรืองานที่เกี่ยวข้อง อย่างน้อย 5 ปีขึ้นไป
-มีประสบการณ์งานด้านบริหารร้านค้า
-มีภาวะผู้นำสูง
-สามารถเดินทางไปต่างจังหวัดได้
