Merchandiser - VK JEANS COMPANY LIMITED

•  Liaise with client brands (both new and existing) on production orders

•  Plan production for each brand — from sample development through production to shipment — to ensure on-time delivery

•  Coordinate with the production team at every stage, from cutting to packing, and help resolve issues as they arise

•  Coordinate quality inspections with each client brand — during production, at the end of the line, and at final inspection before delivery — to ensure products meet the client's required quality

•  Coordinate with purchasing and suppliers to develop order details for both new and existing clients, ensuring efficient execution

•  Prepare and maintain all related documentation accurately and completely — client sample records, production order documents, quality inspection records, and packing lists — in line with the delivery plan

•  Coordinate other related tasks between clients and internal departments as assigned

•  Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Fashion, Textiles, or related field

•  1-3 years of experience as a Merchandiser or production coordinator in the apparel/textile industry, or a highly capable recent graduate ready to learn

•  Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills and the ability to track multiple projects at once

•  Strong communication skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively with clients and suppliers

•  Strong problem-solving skills and able to work under tight deadlines

•  Proficient in Microsoft Office

•  Knowledge or experience in production or QC work is a strong plus

•  English communication skills are a plus
