Responsibilities
1. Payroll process management (Payroll calculating, Attendance report, bonus, incentives, etc.)
2. Manage and assist Compensation, Benefit, and Service
3. Manage and assist in managing the payroll for employees.
4. Enhances the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
5. Responsible for HR functions all related to Payrol
6. Oversee HRM Strategy
