Responsibilities

1. Manage the production activities and technical work for civil construction on the project site.
2. Prepare and implement civil construction plans, and provide technical instructions and work guidance to on-site labor teams.
3. Ensure site safety, cleanliness, and construction quality. Track construction progress and make adjustments when necessary.
4. Resolve technical problems promptly and coordinate work between civil and teams.
5. Lead civil works inspections and final acceptance inspections to ensure high-quality project delivery.
6. Assist the Project Manager with cost calculations and the preparation of final settlement documents.
7. Handle construction drawings, join drawing reviews, explain technical details, and solve technical problems.
8. Calculate civil work quantities and help with subcontract payments and client confirmation.
9. Work with subcontractors and suppliers, collect all test and inspection reports, and submit them to the client.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's Degree or master’s degree in Civil Engineer.
2. Good command of English for daily communication.
3. Ability to do the civil drawing.
5. Software skills: Able to use AutoCAD, Sketch-up ,  Microsoft Office.
6. Good attitude to work and willing to learn new things. Able to work with team. Outgoing personality, able to communicate effectively with clients.
7. Worksite: 1) RamaIII Bangkok พระรามสาม กรุงเทพฯ,  2) Sadao District, Songkhla Province (อำเภอสะเดา จังหวัดสงขลา)
8. Working time : Monday - Saturday (08:00-17:00)

ในบทบาทวิศวกรโยธา (ประจำหน่วยงาน) คุณจะได้บริหารจัดการกิจกรรมการผลิตและงานเทคนิคสำหรับการก่อสร้างโยธาในโครงการ โดยรับผิดชอบการจัดทำและดำเนินแผนการก่อสร้าง พร้อมทั้งให้คำแนะนำทางเทคนิคและแนวทางการทำงานแก่ทีมงานภาคสนาม คุณจะดูแลให้มั่นใจในเรื่องความปลอดภัย ความสะอาด และคุณภาพงานก่อสร้าง ติดตามความคืบหน้าของงาน และปรับแผนการทำงานตามความเหมาะสม นอกจากนี้ คุณยังจะได้แก้ไขปัญหาทางเทคนิคที่เกิดขึ้นอย่างทันท่วงที ประสานงานระหว่างทีมงานโยธาและทีม รวมถึงนำการตรวจสอบงานโยธาและการตรวจสอบรับมอบงานขั้นสุดท้ายเพื่อส่งมอบโครงการที่มีคุณภาพสูง คุณจะมีส่วนร่วมในการคำนวณต้นทุน จัดทำเอกสารการชำระเงิน และจัดการแบบก่อสร้าง รวมถึงการประสานงานกับผู้รับเหมาช่วงและซัพพลายเออร์ และจัดส่งรายงานการทดสอบและการตรวจสอบต่างๆ ให้กับลูกค้า
