• วุฒิปริญญาตรี ขึ้นไป สาขาบริหารทรัพยากรมนุษย์  2  ปีขึ้นไป
• มีความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับ พระราชบัญญัติคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล (PDPA) ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงาน Recruitment 
• มีทักษะการสร้างเครือข่าย
• มีทักษะการสัมภาษณ์เพื่อการคัดเลือก
• มีทักษะการสื่อสาร และการนำเสนอ 
• มีทักษะด้านคอมพิวเตอร์ (Ms.Office เน้น Excel)
• มีทักษะด้านภาษาอังกฤษ 
• มีประสบการณ์ สรรหาพนักงานสำหรับธุรกิจไอที จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
