Assistant Manager – Mobile Equipment Maintenance - Gemini Personnel Recruitment Co.,Ltd.

• Provide hands-on technical support for troubleshooting, repair, modification, and equipment improvement.
• Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for major and recurring failures and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Monitor Availability, Reliability, MTTR, and Downtime and use maintenance data to drive improvement.
• Utilize CMMS for maintenance planning, work orders, equipment history, reporting, and performance monitoring.
• Lead and develop Engineers, Supervisors, Technicians, and maintenance personnel, including manpower and maintenance scheduling.
• Manage maintenance resources, spare parts, and operating costs to improve efficiency and control expenses.
• Coordinate with OEMs, vendors, contractors, and external service providers on technical issues, repairs, and maintenance activities.
• Support equipment procurement, commissioning, upgrading, modification, and modernization, including Automation, Electrification, and Digitalization initiatives.
• Work closely with Operations, HSE, Engineering, management, and external partners to resolve technical issues and support continuous improvement.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in heavy/mobile equipment maintenance, engineering, port, terminal, logistics, transportation, manufacturing, or a related industrial environment.
• Proven experience in supervising or leading engineering / maintenance teams.
• Strong hands-on experience in Preventive and Corrective Maintenance, troubleshooting, and Root Cause Analysis.
• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, heavy-duty diesel engine, powertrain, and transmission systems.
• Experience with maintenance planning, equipment reliability, CMMS, and maintenance KPIs such as Availability, Reliability, MTTR, and Downtime.
• Experience coordinating with OEMs, vendors, contractors, and external service providers.
• Experience in maintenance cost control, spare parts, manpower planning, or resource management is an advantage.
• Experience in Project Management, Automation, Electrification, Digitalization, equipment modernization, Lean, or Continuous Improvement is highly desirable.
• Good command of English, with the ability to communicate technical information and prepare reports.
• Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and ownership skills.
• Willing to work on-site in Sriracha, Chonburi, support 24/7 operations, and respond to critical equipment breakdowns when required.
