Responsibilities
1.Manage and control the work of the Electrical Engineering Department. To be in accordance with the policies and goals set by the company.
2.Manage engineering work including various facility systems to increase efficiency in production lines and industrial plants.
3.Plan to improve machinery production line equipment To be more efficient Including managing various projects such as installing machinery. Supervision of contractors
4.Supervise and supervise repairs and preventive maintenance work according to the type of machinery.
5.Supervise, control and participate in determining the operational guidelines of the agency. To be in accordance with the standard system Quality system and various requirements of the company and customers
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in electrical engineering, or other related fields
Experience in related work of 5 - 10 years. Experience in an industrial factory will be given special consideration.
Have skills in management, analysis, problem solving and decision making.
Knowledge and experience with PLC systems will be given special consideration.
Have knowledge of quality systems ISO 9001,14000,45001,BRC
Have leadership and skills in managing and developing teams
Have the ability to plan, follow up on work, and make decisions systematically.
Have a positive attitude towards work and good human relations with co-workers.
Consider both Thai and Burmese people.
