Sourcing Officer - Plymovent Manufacturing Co.,Ltd.

- Maintain and updated supplier data in ERP system

- Assist the sourcing manager with sourcing materials/suppliers.

- Send RFQ’s to suppliers

- Assist the Sourcing manager with preparing reports and documents

- Send purchase orders to the supplier for sampler and tooling.

- Follow up on shipments for samples with supplier.

- Assist production in sourcing tooling and maintenance

- Propose cost saving projects to the Sourcing Manager

- Follow up on invoices from the supplier and prepare all documentation for Accounting department.

- Excellent capabilities in speaking, reading and writing of English language.

- Good ability to use computer programs like excel, word. Experience with any integrated business software like SAP, BAAN or Exact is very welcome.

- Education should be at least bachelor degree in related field.

- Some years of experience in multinational company is required.

- Experience in Sales is welcome

- Ability to work in harmony with people with different skills and background is a must.

- The work needs to be done sometime under stressful circumstances.
