Responsibilities
Address: 11/1 Moo 4, Soi Pra-Apaimanee, Sukhumvit Road, T. Huayyang, A. Klaeng, Rayong
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
-Robot Operations Management: Supervise the robotic cutting/trimming cells. Ensure that the robot programs are running correctly and that the trimming of the shell edges and visor ports is precise.
-Surface Preparation: Oversee the sanding and cleaning process of shells to ensure proper adhesion of the primer.
-Priming Process Control: Manage the spray booth operations for primer application. Monitor paint viscosity, spray pressure, and drying/curing times to prevent defects like "orange peel" or "runs."
-Troubleshooting: Address minor robotic errors or programming offsets. Identify and resolve surface defects (e.g., pinholes in carbon or uneven primer thickness).
-Quality Inspection: Conduct a 100% check on trimmed edges and primer smoothness before the shells move to the next department.
-Consumable Management: Control the inventory of robot cutting (nozzle), sandpaper, primers, and thinners.
-Safety & Environment: Ensure proper ventilation in the paint booth and strict compliance with PPE requirements (respirators and dust protection) for workers.
-Other task assigned by Manager or Assistant Manager
Qualifications
PROFILE & QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
· Thai National.
· High school, diploma of Electrical, Mechanical, industrial engineering field or others bachelor’s degree.
· Minimum 3 years to 5 years experience in Industrial production factory, Chemical, automotive, textile, industrial equipment’s machinery.
· Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing operators team management.
· English spoken, written, read. Able to report in English.
· Good computer knowledge (Word, Excel, Access…).
· Able to work in production line, listen and communicate with operators.
· Good production problems solving ability.
· Excellent team leadership with human management skills.
· Able to identify priorities, work fast and under pressure.
· Able to work independently, self-confidence and initiative.
· Knowledge of JIT, Kaizen, Kanban, 5S would be an advantage.
