Responsibilities
Address: 11/1 Moo 4, Soi Pra-Apaimanee, Sukhumvit Road, T. Huayyang, A. Klaeng, Rayong
-Robotic Painting Oversight: Supervise and monitor the operation of painting robots. Adjust spray paths and parameters to ensure uniform coating thickness on various helmet geometries.
-Multi-Material Expertise: * Carbon Fiber: Ensure high-gloss, defect-free clear coating that highlights the carbon weave pattern.
-ABS Plastics: Manage proper surface tension and adhesion techniques to prevent peeling and ensure durability.
-Quality Control & Color Matching: Conduct visual inspections for color consistency (vs. Master Sample) and gloss levels. Troubleshoot surface defects like "fish eyes," dust inclusions, or orange peel.
-Chemical Management: Oversee the mixing of 1K/2K paints, primers, and hardeners. Ensure the correct Viscosity is maintained according to technical data sheets (TDS).
-Process Optimization: Minimize "overspray" and paint wastage. Analyze the root causes of rejects to improve the First Time Yield (FTY).
-Equipment Maintenance: Manage the daily cleaning and maintenance of robotic spray guns, nozzles, and the water-curtain/dry-filter spray booths.
-Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to PPE usage and hazardous material storage (flammable liquids). Ensure compliance with environmental regulations regarding VOC emissions.
Qualifications
• Thai National.
• Female/Male, 30-35 Years Old.
• High school, diploma of Electrical, Mechanical, industrial engineering field or others bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 3 years to 5 years experience in Industrial production factory, Chemical, automotive, textile, industrial equipment’s machinery.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing operators team management.
• English spoken, written, read. Able to report in English.
• Good computer knowledge (Word, Excel, Access…).
• Able to work in production line, listen and communicate with operators.
• Good production problems solving ability.
• Excellent team leadership with human management skills.
• Able to identify priorities, work fast and under pressure.
• Able to work independently, self-confidence and initiative.
• Knowledge of JIT, Kaisen, Kanban, 5S would be an advantage.
