Responsibilities
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Control daily production to achieve production plans with zero accidents and no delays
- Monitor subordinate performance and ensure compliance with work standards, safety requirements, and company regulations
- Design, improve, and support production processes, including workflow and production line layout improvement
- Improve productivity by reducing waste, downtime, defects, and unnecessary processes
- Analyze problems, identify root causes, implement corrective actions, and prevent recurrence
- Design and improve tools, jigs, and fixtures to support production efficiency and quality
- Prepare and maintain SOP, Work Instructions, Process Flow, PFMEA, and Control Plan
- Perform process inspections and immediately report and address process or product defects
- Develop and implement continuous improvement projects for productivity, quality, cost, and safety
- Maintain compliance with environmental requirements, including wastewater, exhaust emissions, and noise control
- Maintain a safe and organized workplace through 5S activities
- Report production performance, abnormalities, and improvement activities to the superior

- Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 5 years' experience as Production Control or Process engineer in automotive or rubber, plastic manufacturing company.
- At least 1 year experience management as senior with subordinate under control for higher level.
- Ability to implement continuous improvement projects.
- Working experience prepare, reviewing and analyzing SOP, Work Instructions, Process Flow, PFMEA, and Control Plan.
- Must have experience related with Rubber, Polymer, Plastics compound.
- Conversation in middle level of English (Interview in English)
- Able to attend F2F interview.
- Toeic 600 up will be preferable
