Responsibilities
- Sales Engineer (Machine Product)
- ดูแลและรับผิดชอบการขายสินค้า ประเภท Sheet Metal CNC เครื่องจักรอุตสาหกรรม สินค้าที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสานงานกับแผนก Service ในเรื่องการให้บริการลูกค้าด้านเทคนิค
- ประสานงานกับโรงงานผู้ผลิตหรือผู้ขายในเรื่องการซื้อขายและการเคลมสินค้า
- ออกพบลูกค้าเพื่อรับข้อเสนอหรือโครงการต่างๆและสร้างสัมพันธ์กับลูกค้า
- รักษาฐานลูกค้าเก่าที่มีอยู่เพื่อติดตามการซื้อครั้งต่อไป และเพิ่มฐานลูกค้าใหม่
- ทำรายงานสรุปการพบลูกค้า การเดินทางพบลูกค้าตามกลุ่มต่างๆ
- สร้างยอดขายเพื่่อบรรลุเป้าหมายตามกลุ่มที่รับผิดชอบ
- ศึกษาและสำรวจพฤติกรรม ความต้องการ และเป้าหมายของผู้ใช้งาน เพื่อให้เข้าใจเชิงลึก
- ดำเนินกิจกรรมต่างๆ ตามแผนงาน เพื่อบรรลุเป้าหมาย บรรลุผล KPI
- ปรับปรุงและพัฒนาวิธีการขายสินค้าประเภท Sheet Metal CNC และสินค้าที่เกี่ยวข้องให้มีประสิทธิภาพอย่างต่อเนื่อง
- ตอบสนองความพึงพอใจของลูกค้า รวมถึงเพื่อเพิ่มยอดขาย กำไร และศักยภาพในการแข่งขันให้กับบริษัทฯ
Qualifications
- เพศชาย อายุไม่เกิน 40 ปี
- ปริญญาตรีไม่จำกัดสาขา (มีทีมสอนงาน)
- มีรถยนต์เป็นของตนเอง พร้อมใบอนุญาตขับขี่
- หากมีประสบการณ์งานด้านเครื่องจักรอุตสาหกรรม จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีประสบการณ์งานด้านงานขายสินค้าในโรงงานอุตสาหกรรม
- มีใจรักงานขาย และทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันได้ดี
- มีทักษะที่ดีด้านมนุษยสัมพันธ์ การนำเสนอ และการสื่อสาร
- มีทักษะที่ดีในการวิเคราะห์ตลาด และกลยุทธ์ พร้อมทั้งสามารถสำรวจโอกาสในตลาดใหม่และตลาดเกิดใหม่ได้
- มีทักษะการเจรจาต่อรองที่ดี
- สามารถสื่อสารได้อย่างคล่องแคล่วทั้งภาษาไทยและภาษาอังกฤษ
