Responsibilities
-Develop sales strategy to penetrate key accounts for new products as well as maintain sale volume for existing products
-Work closely with sales manager to formulate strategies for market approach.Achieve sales and profitability target set to
increase market share/sales in though new business development and maintain relationship with customer
-Conduct product promotion in line with product marketing strategy and arrange necessary product and application training for the customer
Qualifications
-Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemistry or Cosmetics Science
-8-10 years salse experience in personal care industry
-Good market analysis,planning skills and strategic thinking
-Excellent communication,interpresonal with leadership skills
-Fluent in english,MS Office,and presentation skills
