Responsibilities

1.Manage and drive sales performance in the Modern Trade channel.
2.Maintain and develop good relationships with customers such as CJ, Big C, Makro, Tops, and other modern trade retailers.
3.Plan promotions and sales activities, and monitor performance results.
4.Analyze sales data, prepare reports, and follow up on sales targets.
5.Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and product opportunities in order to develop and propose new products to customers.
6.Prepare product presentations and present new products and sales opportunities to customers.
7.Negotiate commercial terms and business agreements with customers.
8.Coordinate with related departments to ensure smooth business operations.
9.Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
10.Lead, manage, and supervise the sales team to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
11.Monitor and drive the overall sales performance of the team.

Qualifications

1. Male or Female, age 35 – 40 years old.
2. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
3. At least 10 years of experience in Sales Modern Trade.
4. Strong negotiation and communication skills.
5. Good analytical skills with the ability to develop and present new products.
6. Able to analyze sales performance and prepare reports.
7. Responsible, proactive, and able to work well under pressure.
8. Good command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
9. Able to prepare sales-related documents independently.
10. Experience in the food industry will be an advantage.
