Responsibilities
Technical Operation Support
CMDB Data Analyst support, including
- Credential testing before Discovery activity
- Data Discovery Running with System Owner
- ServiceNow-CMDB Platform Configuration support
- ServiceNow-CMDB Platform Operation support
CMDB Data Analyst support, including
- Manage Data Quality in AIS-ServiceNow CMDB, maintain discoverable data, contact system owners to confirm and correct data accuracy of discoverable data
- Update and maintain non-discoverable data in AIS-ServiceNow CMDB, contact system owners to confirm and ask owner to add non-discoverable data
- Contact system owners for data discovery clarification and data updating (Windows, Linux, Solaris servers)
Qualifications
- University degree in the field of computer science, information systems, or software engineering
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Servicenow-CMDB Data Operation and CMDB platform configuration
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Technical systems analysis, business process modeling, and software design.
- Possesses knowledge and understanding of TCP/IP networking principles, including IP addressing, subnetting, routing, and network communication protocols.
- Capable of analyzing, troubleshooting, and supporting network connectivity issues within enterprise IT environments.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, and Credential Management processes.
- Major skill: Java Script, Shell Script, Unix, Linux
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage and perform impact analysis effectively.
