Responsibilities
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, user flows, and edge cases for new and existing product features.
• Work closely with Product Managers to translate business goals into detailed specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with developers and QAs to clarify requirements during development and testing phases.
• Facilitate discussions between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure shared understanding and alignment.
• Create process flows, data models, mockups, and diagrams to visualize complex systems and user journeys.
• Help prioritize the product backlog and manage changes in scope or requirements.
• Support QA by reviewing test cases and validating feature behavior against business requirements.
• Ensure solutions are compliant with regulations, security policies, and credit card industry best practices.
Qualifications
• 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a FinTech, banking, or digital product environment.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
• Strong skills in writing clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation.
• Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Figma, or similar.
• Solid understanding of mobile apps, APIs, and backend systems (you don’t need to code but should understand how things connect).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills — able to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Fluent in English (verbal and written).
