What you will do

Job Summary

In this role, you will drive the expansion of new business ventures into international markets, starting from exploring and identifying global business opportunities. You will be responsible for engaging with prospective clients, conducting insightful presentations, and developing comprehensive business proposals. These proposals will cover all aspects, including product, pricing, human resources, marketing, selling terms and conditions, legal considerations, and local investment requirements like warehouses or production facilities. You will also establish and manage the new business during its start-up phase before transitioning it to the sales team. This position requires a strong ability to travel internationally, both independently and when leading cross-functional teams, alongside qualities of self-initiation and adaptability.

Responsibilities

Explore opportunities and initiate new business ventures in international markets.
Identify and assess potential business opportunities within the global arena.
Engage with prospects for initial contact and conduct on-site presentations.
Develop and finalize comprehensive business proposals, including aspects such as product, pricing, human resources, marketing, selling terms & conditions, legal considerations, and local investment (e.g., warehouse or production facilities).
Establish and manage the business during the start-up phase before transitioning to the sales team.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related STEM field.
3-5 years of relevant professional experience.
Ability to travel internationally, both independently and when leading cross-functional teams.
Demonstrated qualities of independence, adaptability, self-initiation, and rational assertiveness.
At least bilingual proficiency.
