Assistant Section Manager – Learning & Development - Advice IT Infinite PCL

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end training operations, including annual training plans, scheduling, logistics, and administration.
• Oversee classroom and online learning program implementation.
• Monitor training attendance, completion, effectiveness, and prepare training reports.
• Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) and training records.
• Ensure compliance with mandatory training, company policies, and legal requirements.
• Control the training budget and optimize resource utilization.
• Lead, coach, and develop the Training Operations team.
• Drive continuous improvement in training processes, systems, and learner experience.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in Learning & Development or Training Operations.
• At least 2–3 years of people management experience.
• Strong experience in corporate training operations.
• Hands-on experience with LMS and Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint).
• Excellent project management, stakeholder management, coordination, and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
