Responsibilities
1 วิเคราะห์และออกแบบหลักสูตรฝึกอบรม รวมทั้งจัดทำแผนการฝึกอบรมประจำปี เพื่อพัฒนาพนักงานให้เป็นไปตามนโยบายและเป้าหมายของบริษัทฯ
2 ควบคุมการจัดการฝึกอบรมตามแผนอบรมประจำปี
3 จัดหาวิทยากรภายใน และติดต่อวิทยากรภายนอก รวมทั้งให้คำปรึกษาในการสร้างหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมขององค์กร
4 เป็นวิทยากรอบรมให้กับพนักงานในบริษัท
5 ควบคุมดูแลการจัดทำสื่อสำหรับใช้ในการอบรมและ Update เนื้อหาหลักสูตรให้ทันสมัย และ มีประสิทธิภาพ
6 ควบคุมดูแลระบบการประเมินผลการปฎิบัติงานขององค์กร
7 ควบคุมดูแลการปรับค่าจ้างของพนักงานในองค์กร
8 ควบคุมดูแลเกี่ยวกับการเลื่อนตำแหน่ง/การโอนย้ายตำแหน่งงาน
9 ควบคุมและตรวจสอบข้อมูล KPI ของแผนก พร้อมทั้งพัฒนาและปรับปรุงอยู่เสมอ เพื่อให้บรรลุเป้าหมายที่ตั้งไว้
10 ควบคุมและตรวจสอบการปฏิบัติงานของผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชา ให้เป็นไปตามข้อกำหนดของมาตรฐานต่าง ๆ ของบริษัท
11 ให้คำปรึกษาเกี่ยวกับการบริหารงานและการแก้ไขปัญหาต่าง ๆ ภายในแผนก
Qualifications
1 ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาการจัดการทรัพยากรบุคคล หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
2 มีประสบการณ์การบังคับบัญชา อย่างน้อย 2-5 ปีขึ้นไป
3 มีประสบการณ์ในการเป็นผู้นำในบทบาทที่คล้ายกันจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
4 มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับวิธีการ HRD ระบบการประเมินผลการปฏิบัติงาน และการพัฒนาองค์กร
5 สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Office ได้เป็นอย่างดี
