Responsibilities
- Define the organization's cybersecurity policies, standards, and guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with PDPA and international standards (e.g., ISO/IEC 27001).
- Oversee the outsourced Security Operations Center (SOC) for monitoring, detection, and incident response activities.
- Lead cybersecurity incident response efforts.
- Plan and oversee penetration testing with external providers to identify system vulnerabilities.
- Plan and oversee annual vulnerability assessments across all information systems.
- Assess risk for new systems prior to go-live and manage third-party/vendor risk.
- Deliver security awareness training across the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Security, IT, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity or IT security, with at least 2-3 years in a team or program management role.
- Experience collaborating with outsourced Security Operations Centers (SOCs) or Managed Security Service Providers (MSSPs).
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective coordination with international vendors.
- Experience in the retail or IT reseller sector is a plus.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor are a plus.

Job Summary
We are seeking a Cybersecurity Manager to develop and enhance our organization's cybersecurity posture, encompassing in-store systems, POS, and customer data. This role involves close collaboration with our IT Infrastructure team and external partners, including SOC and Penetration Testing providers, to establish a robust and PDPA-compliant security ecosystem. This opportunity is ideal for a professional who approaches cybersecurity with an end-to-end perspective, from governance strategies to hands-on operational execution.
