Responsibilities
<Job responsibilities>
- Provide consulting on export customs clearance procedures and related export documentation to customer service (CS) staff
- Provide export consulting services to customers and relevant internal departments
- Approve the Use of export customs tariff codes in collaboration with customs expert team
- Coordinate with external agencies and internal organizational units
- Manage, administer, and Supervise the export customer service (CS) team
- Present Report to Japanese management
- Perform other assigned duties
Qualifications
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 33 - 40 years old
- Bachelor's degree- At least 5 years of supervisory experience in export operations in the freight forwarder or logistics industry.
- At least 3 years of management-level experience with subordinates.
- English Conversational, High level (Communicate with Japanese management, presentations, emails, and documents)
- Good personality with communication skills, service-minded and able to work in a team
- Ability to solve immediate problems and work well under pressure
<Preferable Skill/ Experience>
- Holding customs expert certification will be given special consideration
- Experience in tax benefit/privilege work will be given special consideration
- Knowledge of quality policy, ISO 9001:2015 or 2026 systems will be given special consideration
- Having completed expert training will be given special consideration
Language Skill
English level: Conversational
Japanese level: None
Workplace Area: BTS Sala Daeng
Working Hour: 08:30-17:45(Monday - Friday 8.30 AM - 17.45 PM, Saturday Working: Every other Saturday until 4:45 PM.)
