Transport Pricing & Solutions Specialist - CJ Logistics (Thailand) Co., Ltd.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential vendors, market trends, and new business opportunities in Contract Logistics (CL)

• Identify and target potential vendors aligned with company business objectives

• Monitor market trends, competitors, and industry developments to stay competitive

• Design business solutions for new & existing customers for Transportation services

• Develop all types of transportation in Thailand focusing on Data Analysis

• Drive CL growth for new business by cost reduction from vendors management

• Identify key decision-makers and stakeholders within target companies and develop strategies to engage with them

• Build and maintain strong, long-term vendors relationship by understanding their logistics needs and offering customized solutions

• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with trucking vendors to secure profitable business deals

• Collaborate with internal teams (operations, customer service, finance) to ensure seamless service delivery

Qualifications & Relevant Experience

• Bachelor/Master's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field

• Minimum 3-5 years experience as Operations or Solutions Design within the contract logistics (Warehouse and transportation) sector

• Proven track record in solutions design

• Deeply understanding of warehousing/distribution solutions

• Excellent communication and negotiation both in Thai and English

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

• Having existing network and clients and vendors base in logistics or supply chain industries
