Responsibilities
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Find information of new supplier
- Negotiate prices and terms of sale
- Prepare purchasing documents
- Liaise with stakeholders both inside and outside the organization
- Coordinate the delivery of payment documents to the accounting and finance department
- Follow up on delivery results
- Coordinate with relevant departments involved in receiving and inspecting the goods
- Read work drawings and coordinate with all involved parties

- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or any related field
- At least 2 years of working experience in Purchasing, Procurement and Buyer in any manufacturing.
- Experience contacting with oversea supplier. (Chinese, German, Korea, Japan etc.)
- Experience in purchasing raw material steel, metal related.
- Able to read drawing 2D,3D.
- Conversational middle - high in English to regularly contact oversea suppliers.
- Able to attend face to face interview.
- No job hopper
- Experience purchase in Fabrication & Machined manufacture will be preferable
- VA/VE experience will be preferable
