About the role
We are seeking a seasoned and results-oriented leader to drive our Enterprise and Education B2B business to join our team at S P V I Public Company Limited. This pivotal role demands a strategic thinker with a strong background in enterprise business development, project execution, and stakeholder management. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess the ability to lead cross-functional teams toward long-term value creation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of key enterprise and B2B projects
- Identify and drive business opportunities with a focus on sustainable growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and strategic partners
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations)
- Track project milestones, KPIs, budgets, and risk assessments to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
- Provide strategic insights to support the direction and growth of the B2B division
- Lead and develop a team of 15+ professionals across departments
- Foster a high-performance culture through goal setting, coaching, and empowerment
- Present project updates and business analyses to senior leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, or related fields (Master’s degree is a plus)
- Minimum 10 years of experience in B2B business development, project management, or enterprise sales.
- In-depth understanding of enterprise client needs and solution-based selling
- Proven ability to lead high-impact projects and deliver measurable business results
- Strong leadership experience managing cross-functional teams of 15+ people
- Excellent command of both Thai and English (written and spoken)
- Proficiency in project management tools and pipeline management.
