Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the sale(RM) team to achieve assigned sales targets, loan volume, and portfolio growth objectives
  • Monitor team performance, productivity, and sales pipeline to ensure business targets are consistently achieved
  • Analyze sales data, portfolio performance, customer behavior, and market trends to identify business opportunities and improvement areas
  • Develop sales action plans, business initiatives, and performance improvement strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Coach, motivate, and support team members to improve sales capability, customer management, and overall performance
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including Credit, Operations, Product, and Marketing to ensure smooth execution and business alignment
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, sales tracking, and business updates for management reporting
  • Ensure portfolio quality and monitor risk indicators to maintain healthy business performance
  • Build strong customer relationship management practices and support the team in handling key or complex customer cases
  • Drive execution discipline and create a high-performance sales culture within the team
  • Provide business insights and recommendations to management based on data analysis and field observations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related fields
  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Sales Management, Relationship Management, Lending Business, or Financial Services
  • Proven experience leading sales or RM teams with strong track records in achieving sales and loan targets
  • Strong understanding of lending products, portfolio management, and financial business operations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret sales and business data
  • Hands-on leadership style with the ability to work closely with team members and field operations
  • Strong people management, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
  • Good business acumen with the ability to balance sales growth and portfolio quality
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and sales reporting tools
