Senior HR Manager (Chinese Speaking) - Aion Automobile Sales (Thailand) Co., Ltd.

Lead and manage all HR functions, including Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Learning & Development, and HR Policy.

Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, procedures, and workforce plans aligned with business objectives.

Lead, coach, and develop the HR team, ensuring clear responsibilities, effective collaboration, and high-quality service delivery.

Partner with senior management and department heads on manpower planning, organizational structure, talent management, and employee-related decisions.

Oversee payroll governance, compensation structures, benefits administration, and HR budget planning.

Ensure compliance with Thai labor laws, employment regulations, and internal HR policies.

Manage complex employee relations matters, disciplinary cases, performance issues, and organizational changes.

Establish and improve performance management, talent development, employee engagement, and retention initiatives.

Develop HR reporting, workforce analytics, and management updates to support business decisions.

Communicate and coordinate directly with Chinese management and headquarters on HR strategies, policies, organizational matters, and business priorities.

Drive HR process improvements, strengthen internal controls, and support organizational growth.

Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, including significant experience leading HR teams or managing the overall HR function.

Proven experience across multiple HR disciplines, with strong knowledge of HR operations, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and Thai labor law.

Demonstrated ability to develop HR strategies while remaining hands-on in resolving operational and people-related challenges.

Strong leadership, stakeholder management, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

Fluent Mandarin Chinese is required, with the ability to conduct management meetings, discuss HR matters, and communicate professionally with Chinese executives.

Good command of English is preferred.

Experience working in Chinese multinational companies, automotive, EV, manufacturing, or related industries is an advantage.
