Technical Marketing (Based in Rayong) - (**Fluent in Chinese) - TPI Polene Public Co., Ltd.

• Coordinate with internal teams (R&D, Production, Sales, and Customer Service) to ensure effective support and response to customer needs.
• Understand customer requirements and communicate them clearly across the organization.
• Provide technical support to customers, including product guidance, basic testing, and troubleshooting.
• Participate in technical meetings and follow up on product development progress with relevant teams.
• Prepare technical reports and summaries of product performance or test results.
• Support on-site product trials or customer visits when necessary.
• Assist the sales team with technical presentations or discussions to support business opportunities.

• Bachelor’s degree or Master's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Science, or Chemical Engineering.
• 3 years of experience in Technical Service, R&D, or a related technical field.
• Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work well across departments.
• Good analytical thinking and basic problem-solving abilities.
• Proactive, eager to learn, and capable of working both independently and in a team.
• Willing to travel occasionally for customer support or technical visits.
• Good English communication skills, especially in reading/writing technical emails and documents.
• **Fluent in Chinese, Speaking and Writing.
