Responsibilities
- ดูแลการสรรหาพนักงาน นัดสัมภาษณ์ จัดการข้อมูลพนักงานในระบบ
- จัดเตรียมเอกสารปฐมนิเทศและจัดการเอกสารพนักงานเข้าใหม่
- ปฐมนิเทศพนักงานใหม่
- ติดตามและจัดเก็บเอกสารประเมินผลทดลองงานของพนักงานใหม่
- จัดทำ Report ต่างๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
Qualifications
- เพศหญิงหรือเพศชาย
- อายุไม่เกิน 25 ปี
- จบการศึกษาปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาทรัพยากรบุคคล สาขาบริหารธุรกิจ สาขาการจัดการ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์ Ms Office (Excel) ได้อย่างคล่องแคล่ว
- สามารถทำงานได้ตามกำหนดเวลา (TimeLine) และทำงานอย่าง Proactive
- มีความสามารถในการเก็บความลับของผู้บังคับบัญชาและองค์กร
- มีการวางแผนงาน และการตัดสินใจที่ดี สามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันได้ดี
- มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์และทักษะในการสื่อสารการถ่ายทอด ได้อย่างดี
- มีทักษะในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ตัวเลข สถิติ และการคิดเชิงวิเคราะห์
