Responsibilities
- ช่วยเหลือ ตอบคำถาม แก้ไขหรือให้คำปรึกษาแก่ลูกค้า เกี่ยวกับระบบ e-Tax & e-Receipt,e-VRT,ผลิตภัณฑ์อื่นๆ ในเชิง Business และ Technical
- ประชุมเพื่อนำเสนอ หรือ Support งานในเชิง Business และ Technical
- Train การใช้งานหน้า Web
- งานอื่น ๆ ตามได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- วุฒิการศึกษา: ปริญญาตรี (วิศวกรรมศาสตร์, วิทยาศาสตร์, เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ, บริหารธุรกิจ คอมพิวเตอร์ หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง)
- ประสบการณ์: 0-2 ปี (ยินดีรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่) มีความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับโครงสร้างของไฟล์ XML, JAVA และมีความรู้ด้าน e-Tax e-Receipt การเงิน การบัญชี ภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีวินัย ความรับผิดชอบ ตรงต่อเวลา มีทักษะด้านการเจรจารต่อรอง มีใจรักงานบริการ ทำงานภายใต้สภาวะกดดันได้
- ชอบงาน Operation Support และพร้อมเรียนรู้ในเชิง Technical ของระบบและบริการได้
- คะแนนภาษาอังกฤษ : TOEIC ขั้นต่ำ 600 (พิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
