Responsibilities
- ตรวจสอบและเฝ้าระวังระบบให้สามารถใช้งานได้อย่างต่อเนื่อง และเป็นไปตาม SLA ที่กำหนด
- ประสานงานผู้ให้บริการที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อดำเนินการแก้ไขปัญหาต่าง ๆ ให้ลุล่วง ภายใต้ SLA ของบริษัท
- สามารถรับเรื่องข้อร้องเรียน, ติดตามการแก้ไขระบบการ รวมถึงสามารถแก้ไขปัญหาเบื้องต้นได้
- สามารถสื่อสารรายละเอียดปัญหา หรือข้อร้องเรียนให้หัวหน้างานทราบ และสื่อสารลูกค้ารับทราบตามคำสั่งการ
- Support การตอบคำถามหรือให้คำปรึกษาลูกค้าทางด้าน Business และ Technical
- Standby by Call
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรีสาขาเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ สาขาวิทยาการคอมพิวเตอร์ วิศวกรรมคอมพิวเตอร์หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้องวข้อง
- มีความรู้ความสามารถในการใช้งานคอมพิวเตอร์ โปรแกรมจัดการเอกสาร Microsoft Office
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ มีมนุษย์สัมพันธ์ที่ดี ตรงต่อเวลา
- มีทักษะด้านการเจรจาต่อรอง และมีใจรักงานบริการ
- อายุ 22 - 27 ปี (ยินดีรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่)
