Job Description
ㆍ Perform daily operation checklist monitoring system and network perform, must
complete a checklist to keep things on track
ㆍTake ownership of customer issues reported and see problems through to
resolution
ㆍ Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer
issues
ㆍ Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the
appropriate internal teams
ㆍ Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
ㆍ Ensure proper recording and closure of all issues
Qualifications
Qualifications
ㆍ Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering or related field.
ㆍ 1- 2 years or higher experiences service support in Call Center System or
Enterprise technical support
ㆍ Basic knowledge of Unix/Linux systems, utilities and scripting
ㆍ Customer service mindset and hard work.
ㆍ Good troubleshooting and analytic skills.
ㆍ Able to work under pressure.

What you will do
Job Summary
In this IT Support role, you will be actively involved in monitoring daily system and network performance, ensuring smooth operations by completing essential checklists.
