Responsibilities
- ติดตามและประเมินผลการปฏิบัติงานของพนักงานจ่ายสินค้าและพนักงานควบคุมตาชั่ง
- กำกับดูแลและติดตามกระบวนการรับ-จ่ายสินค้าประจำวัน รวมถึงการจัดการเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น ใบส่งสินค้า ใบแจ้งหนี้ ระบบรับคืน-ลดหนี้ และการโอนย้ายตำแหน่งสินค้า พร้อมทั้งประสานงานกับฝ่ายบัญชี
- ประสานงานกับฝ่ายการตลาดและหน่วยงานภายในอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อสนับสนุนการดำเนินงาน
- แก้ไขปัญหาและอุปสรรคที่เกิดขึ้นในการปฏิบัติงานประจำวันของพนักงานจ่ายสินค้า
- ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของเอกสารการรับ-จ่ายสินค้าประจำวัน
- สนับสนุนฝ่ายขนส่งในการติดตามสถานะการจัดส่งสินค้าเมื่อลูกค้าสอบถาม และรับเรื่องจากฝ่ายการตลาดสำหรับคำสั่งซื้อเร่งด่วน
- จัดทำรายงานผลการปฏิบัติงานและปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้น เพื่อนำเสนอต่อรองผู้จัดการแผนก
Qualifications
- วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง (หากจบบัญชีจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
- มีประสบการณ์ในงานบัญชีคลังสินค้า 3 ปี ขึ้นไป
- มีความอดทน และ ทนต่อความกดดันได้ดี
- มีความกระตือรือร้นในการทำงาน ละเอียดรอบคอบ
- สามารถวิเคราะห์ปัญหา มีไหวพริบในการแก้ไขปัญหาได้ดี
- มีความสามารถในการติดต่อประสานงานเป็นอย่างดี
