Logistics Officer/Senior Logistics Officer - OLIC ( THAILAND ) Limited

• Responsible for logistics for import and export activities by follow the company assignment.
• Leading to provide ongoing support internal department & communications with local and overseas shipping agents.
• Effective communication to internal department and external shipping agents to Meet clients time line & schedule.
• Good knowledge of logistics process, including import & export and local transportation. Strong technical of logistics strategy.
• Leading to follow up the delivery with shipping agents to meet timeline and schedule. Monitoring and ensure the on-time delivery.
• Evaluate and select shipping agents to meet the standard price, quality, service, and delivery timing and reliability of supply.
• Continuous inprovement and development in the process of Bidding and Selection the shipping agents.
• Develop process and finding innovation. To make logistics strategy for support improving in process responsibility.
• Handling other related report, assist to supporting manager and others following manager assigned.

• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, Science, Business Administration or any related fields.
• Having 3 years experience in Logistics, Shipping Forwader, Customs, Supply chain. Knowledge of SAP and are preferable.
• Good communication, good negotiation skills, good team work. Having Knowledge of FDA import licenses are advantage.
• Having good knowledge of shipping works, transportations management, customs & logistics relate to import & export activities.
• Good interpersonal and organization skills, ability to work in dead line and under high pressure environment.
• Enhance work well by fast self-learning and strict to follow company procedure.
• Good command of spoken and written in English. And Computer proficiency in MS office and e-mail communication.
• Knowledge of Sustainable Supply Chain, Green Logistics, GDP, GIP, GMP would be adavantage.
• Good capability toleraning a new technology & Innovation. Quick to learning any change in organization and proactive to develop.
