Salary Range: 50,000-65,000 Baht
Job Description:
-Manage and control manpower planning and workforce utilization
-Coordinate labor relations activities, including Labor Representative Committee and employee engagement programs.
-Handle recruitment processes.
Qualifications
-Thai Nationality, Male/Female, age 35-45 years old.
-Bachelor's degree in Political Science, Law, Human Resource Management or related
-At least 8 years of experience in labor management.
-Strong knowledge of Labor Protection Law, Labor Relation Law and other laws concerned to HRM.
-Good Command in English.
-Working hour: Monday-Friday, 08:00-17:00. / 1-2 Saturday depend on calendar.
