Location: Thai CC Tower (BTS Surasak)
Salary Range: 25,000 - 30,000 THB
We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Product Trainer (Sports Fashion) to lead our training initiatives across retail and head office teams. This role plays a key part in elevating customer service standards, enhancing product knowledge, and supporting business growth through targeted training programs. If you're energetic, people-focused, and have a strong passion for retail training, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the end-to-end training function across the organization
- Identify training needs by partnering with cross-functional teams and develop actionable learning plans
- Design and deliver engaging classroom and on-the-job training sessions for retail staff and office employees
- Act as the subject matter expert in customer service excellence and retail sales best practices
- Conduct weekly store visits to audit performance, assess staff skills, and provide feedback in collaboration with Operations
- Mentor and motivate retail teams on the ground to achieve sales goals and align with company objectives
- Evaluate training effectiveness and provide continuous improvement recommendations
- Maintain training records, reports, and resource libraries
- Handle training-related administrative duties and ensure timely reporting on weekly/monthly training activities
- Support any ad hoc projects or tasks assigned by the company
Qualifications
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in training, preferably within the retail or lifestyle industry
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Energetic, positive, and results-driven mindset
- Passion for customer service and talent development
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and adaptable to new apps and digital tools that enhance training effectiveness
- Good command of English (reading and writing)
- Relevant training certifications in sales or product training (preferred)
- Ability to engage, inspire, and coach individuals at all levels
