Responsibilities

Job Scope:
Responsible for managing inspection bookings, preparing inspection-related documents, and maintaining clear communication with clients, buyers, factories, and inspectors. Ensures full understanding of customer SOPs and inspection procedures while providing professional service and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with clients regarding inspection bookings and schedules.
  • Prepare and issue documents required for inspectors.
  • Liaise with buyers, factories, and inspectors to confirm bookings and resolve issues.
  • Stay updated on customer requirements and ensure full compliance with inspection procedures.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and suppliers.

Qualifications

Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Arts, Communication, or a related field.
Experience & Skills:
  • 0–2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in third-party service providers.
  • Good command of English (reading, writing, speaking).
  • Familiarity with customer SOPs/WIs/requirements.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Windows applications.
Job Competencies:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Service-minded, reliable, and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Professional relationship management skills.
