Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage maintenance of facilities, utilities, and building systems.
- Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance programs
- Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair CNC machines and other production equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Develop short-term and long-term maintenance schedules and monitor progress.
- Lead and supervise the maintenance team, providing guidance and skill development.
- Coordinate with production and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare maintenance reports, analyze recurring issues, and propose improvement plans.
Qualifications
- Male age 35 - 45 years old
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of Experience in Automotive Part Manufacturing and Automated maintenance
- Proficient in CNC troubleshooting, repair, parameter-tuning Milling, Machining Center, Lathe Machine (e.g., BROTHER and TAKAMAZ Brand )
- Strong Technical Competency in Fanuc Controller, Servo Drives, Hydraulic, Pneumatic, PLC (Mitsubishi, Omron, Keyence) and Complex Electrical Diagrams.
- Fair Proficiency in English (speaking, reading, and writing).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of TPM, MTTR, MTBF, Lean Manufacturing, or Six Sigma is a plus.
- Compliance and develop management systems under the IATF16949, ISO14001, ISO45001
