Responsibilities
- แก้ไขปัญหาทางด้านสารสนเทศ ทั้ง Hardware, Software, Network, Operating System แก่บุคคลากร ของบริษัทฯ ตามที่ ได้รับมอบหมาย
- สามารถควบคุมดูแลระบบ Network เบื้องต้น
- ควบคุมดูแลระบบงาน IT ของสำนักงานใหญ่และสาขา
- ดูแลงาน Maintenance Computer และ Software ต่างๆที่ได้รับมอบหมายได้
- Install, Upgrade Hardware, Software ของบริษัทฯ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
- จัดทำรายงานประจำสัปดาห์และประจำเดือนของทีม
- สามารถ Training ระบบ IT ให้กับพนักงานใหม่ในวันเริ่มงาน
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรีสาขาเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ, วิทยาการคอมพิวเตอร์, วิศวกรรมคอมพิวเตอร์ หรือในสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสบการณ์ 0 - 3 ปี (ยินดีรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่)
- มีความรู้ความเข้าใจด้าน Hardware และ Software เป็นอย่างดี
- มีความรู้ในการติดตั้งระบบคอมพิวเตอร์ อุปกรณ์ต่างๆ โปรแกรมต่างๆ
- มีความรู้ทางด้านเน็ตเวิร์ค Server, LAN, DHCP, VPN, Firewall, DDNS, Load balance
- สามารถวิเคราะห์ปัญหาและการแก้ไขปัญหาทางระบบคอมพิวเตอร์
- มีทักษะการสื่อสารและประสานงานได้ดี
- มีทัศนคติที่ดี สามารถทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่นได้ มีความรับผิดชอบ และกระตือรือร้นในการทำงาน
