Responsibilities
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Create job opportunities and give career advice for job seekers
• Introduce and explain the job opportunities and attractive points to apply for the position
• Search right candidates from internal and external database
• Build strong relationships with candidates, by strategically maintaining candidates pool with system
• Advice the candidates how to realize their life goal by providing the job market trend
• Closely work with Recruiting Advisor team who take care of client side by sharing the full information about candidates
• Create candidates’ CV in format with system
• Arrange interview schedule and prepare for documents in offer phase
• Other assigned tasks
• Company orientation
• Seminars and knowledge share
• OJT
Qualifications
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree
• At least 6 Month’s work experience as Customer Support or Sales or other related field to take care of customers
• High responsibility and strong sense of ownership for work
• Strong customer-oriented mind and result oriented mind
• Willingness to hit KPI and Sales targets
• Team work mind and extrovert personality
• Senior level
• Have experience in human resource agent as Career Advisor
• Knowledge in specific job function or industry will be preferable
• Work experience in recruiting agency or internal talent acquisition will be preferable
Languages skills
• English : Conversational
• Japanese : None
Workplace Area: Laem Chabang
Working Hour: 8:30-17:30 (Monday - Friday)
