Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day IT support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and system-related issues.
- Support remote access services and assist employees with IT connectivity and access problems.
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure and other related IT systems.
- Coordinate with relevant teams and service providers to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth IT operations.
- Participate in IT improvement initiatives and support the implementation of new technologies and solutions.
- Provide guidance to employees on IT systems, applications, and information technology practices.
- Prepare IT operation reports and monitor KPIs related to assigned responsibilities.
- Maintain IT documentation and support other IT-related activities as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in IT Support, IT Operations, IT Infrastructure, or a related position is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, operating systems, and network infrastructure.
- Familiarity with remote access, connectivity troubleshooting, and user account support.
- Good troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills, with a service-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with different teams.
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to learn new technologies.
- Able to travel to and work at other company branches as assigned.
- Able to work overtime when required by business needs.
- Flexible and willing to support operational needs and resolve issues when necessary.
- Experience providing technical support in a corporate environment.
- Knowledge of LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, network troubleshooting, and IT security fundamentals.
- Experience with IT asset management, system documentation, and IT performance reporting.
- Good command of English is an advantage.
