Responsibilities
Position: RMA/Failure Analysis Engineer
Responsibilities:
1.Conduct in-depth failure analysis on returned products to identify root causes and provide recommendations for improvements
2.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective and preventive actions
3.Maintain accurate and detailed records of failure analysis findings and actions taken
4.Contribute to the development and enhancement of failure analysis processes and procedures
5.Provide technical support and guidance to production and quality teams
6.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in failure analysis
Position: IQC Engineer
Responsibilities:
1.Participate in the review of new supplier introduction requirements in Thailand, responsible for new supplier audit and certification
2.Lead qualified supplier quality improvement activities to promote and implement supervision, implement quality project improvement activities
3.Ensure the communication and implementation of company requirements for quality in suppliers
4.Responsible for organizing supplier quality exchange and communication activities
5.Responsible for supplier incoming and in-line material issues and customer issues confirmation and push for problem analysis and improvement
6.Responsible for establishing and improving material acceptance specification, and training internal inspectors and external suppliers
7.Participate in new supplier audit and qualified supplier annual audit, confirm new supplier material quality control ability, and continuously push qualified supplier to improve material quality level

Position: PQE Engineer
Responsibilities:
1.Quality improvement planning and action
2.Root causes analysis the quality problem and countermeasures
3.Conduct customer complaint failure and responded for corrective action report i.e. 8D , 5Whys report
4.Support business for customer audit and ensure customer satisfaction
5.Follow up customer complaint and issue CAR
6.KPI monitoring & measurement of QC target
7.Responsible for control plan to ensure that produce meet quality/regulatory requirement ISO 9001 and customer requirements
8.Daily production quality issue solving and material disposition
9.Support on conduct and review annual surveys/audit with the customer
10.Participate in APQP team and obtain customer approval as for PPAP,Product part and change control
Position: SQE Engineer
Responsibilities:
1.Manage and as Window of communication to Internal and External Customers on Quality Issues (Incoming, In-process, Outgoing, and customer complaint) related to the materials issues
2.Ensure suitable Control, Test, Quality Inspection, and Monitoring are planned in Incoming, In-process to assure the Product Quality, Performance and Reliability in compliance with the Customer’s Requirements, Product Specifications
3.Identify relevant quality improvement opportunities and drive for continuous improvements of QA department to ensure Company Policy, Quality Objectives, Targets and KPI are met
4.Conduct new supplier qualification with Purchasing, Engineering and R&D departments. Drives Supplier Corrective & Preventive Action processes resulting from complaints & audits and ensures on-time closure
5.Prepare and maintain relevant procedures, workflow, work instructions, test instructions for QA functions (Incoming, In-process) and ensure quality records are documented accordingly
6.Perform on site sampling check of parts or services produced by suppliers (SMT, plastic injection moulding, packaging & key metal parts), in accordance to parts’ drawings &/or quality acceptance criteria
7.Perform on site sampling check of WIP, modules & complete products during production in INLT, in accordance to the approved quality acceptance criteria
8.Ensure any non-compliance found is effectively & timely corrected via implementation of corrective actions
9.Work with 3rd party inspectorate for an arrangement of onsite inspection of the product(s) and/or factory audit. Lead to assist Customer, UL Inspector and/or 3rd Party
10.Inspector during onsite buy-off of relevant products, Identify and plan in the relevant sample(s) for life span monitoring tests for Mass Production Product or when necessary
11.Analyze and identify relevant training needs for subordinates
12.Ensure ISO9001 Quality Management System is implemented and maintained throughout the respective areas
Position: MQE Engineer
Responsibilities:
MQE Engineer– Optical Components:
1.Responsible for the quality management of passive optical components (e.g., MT-FA, Z-block, AOC cables, Receptacles, etc.) during the mass production phase
2.Lead the handling of material-related abnormalities in the production process, organize cross-departmental problem-analysis meetings, and drive problem identification and implementation of corrective actions
3.Investigate and analyze customer complaints related to materials; coordinate with Quality, R&D, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Suppliers to conduct root-cause analysis and issue analysis reports
4.Track the progress of material abnormality corrective actions, ensuring that both interim and permanent corrective measures are effectively implemented and closed out on schedule
5.Collaborate with SQE to drive quality improvements on supplier abnormalities, and supervise the quality of supplier 8D reports and the implementation of corrective actions
6.Document material quality issues and potential risks identified during mass production, share feedback through case studies, and drive risk assessment, verification strategy optimization, and quality improvements for related materials
7.Participate in material verification, reliability analysis, and failure analysis to support production issue troubleshooting and quality enhancement
8.Regularly issue material quality analysis reports, perform statistical analysis on abnormality trends, and drive continuous improvement
MQE Engineer– Mechanism Components:
1.Associate degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or related fields
2.3+ years of quality-related work experience in the optical communications or optical module industry; experience in MQE, SQE, or Quality Engineering is preferred
3.Hands-on experience in handling material abnormalities during the mass production phase, with the ability to lead problem analysis and drive improvements, and to efficiently close out issues under pressure
4.Familiar with common structural component manufacturing processes such as stamping, die-casting, CNC machining, injection molding, and surface treatments (anodizing, electroplating, painting, etc.)
5.Capable of analyzing quality issues in structural components and identifying common problems such as dimensional deviations, deformation, assembly interference, surface defects, abnormal surface treatment, etc
6.Excellent cross-departmental communication and coordination skills, with the ability to organize problem-analysis meetings and drive issue resolution
7.Strong logical analysis and report-writing skills, with the ability to independently produce abnormality analysis reports and customer response documentation
