Responsibilities
ดูแลและสนับสนุนด้านเทคนิคสำหรับโซลูชัน Industrial IoT ตั้งแต่การติดตั้ง ทดสอบ และส่งมอบระบบ ไปจนถึงการให้บริการหลังการขาย ครอบคลุม Hardware, ระบบไฟฟ้าและสัญญาณควบคุม, Network และ Software พร้อมวิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหาเบื้องต้นให้กับลูกค้า รวมถึงประสานงานกับทีม Engineer และ Software Developer ในกรณีที่ต้องการการแก้ไขเชิงลึก
Qualifications
- จบการศึกษาระดับ ปวส. สาขาไฟฟ้า, อิเล็กทรอนิกส์, ระบบควบคุม, เมคคาทรอนิกส์, คอมพิวเตอร์, เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีพื้นฐานด้านระบบไฟฟ้าและระบบควบคุม สามารถอ่าน Wiring Diagram และตรวจสอบวงจรเบื้องต้นได้
- มีความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับ PLC I/O, Sensor, Analog Signal และการเดินสายอุปกรณ์เบื้องต้น
- มีพื้นฐานด้าน Network เช่น LAN, Wi-Fi, IP Address, Subnet Mask และ Gateway
- สามารถติดตั้งและแก้ไขปัญหาโปรแกรมบน Windows ได้
- มีทักษะในการวิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหาอย่างเป็นระบบ พร้อมทักษะการสื่อสารและประสานงานที่ดี
- มีใจรักงานบริการ และสามารถอธิบายเรื่องทางเทคนิคให้ลูกค้าเข้าใจได้
- สามารถเดินทางไปปฏิบัติงานที่โรงงานลูกค้า รวมถึงต่างจังหวัด และปฏิบัติงานนอกเวลาทำการเป็นครั้งคราวได้
คุณสมบัติที่พิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ:
- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Technical Support, Field Service, Automation หรือ Industrial IoT
- มีพื้นฐาน Linux และใช้คำสั่งหรือเครื่องมือเบื้องต้นได้ เช่น nmtui, sudo และ dpkg สำหรับตั้งค่าและดูแล Gateway
- เข้าใจ Protocol อุตสาหกรรม เช่น Modbus RTU, Modbus TCP หรือ MQTT
- มีประสบการณ์ใช้งาน Dashboard, SCADA, Grafana หรือระบบ Monitoring
- มีประสบการณ์ทำงานในโรงงานอุตสาหกรรม หรือประสานงานกับฝ่าย Engineering และ IT ของโรงงาน
- มีรถยนต์ส่วนตัวและใบอนุญาตขับขี่
