Responsibilities
- ดูแลให้บริการลูกค้า ให้ข้อมูลสินค้า และประสานงานด้านงานขายระหว่างลูกค้า พนักงานขาย หรือผู้เกี่ยวข้อง
- รับคำสั่งซื้อจากฝ่ายขายและลูกค้า และติดตามใบยืนยันการสั่งซื้อจากลูกค้า
- ติดต่อประสานงานระหว่างแผนก จัดทำเอกสารนำเสนอ ใบขอราคา งานธุรการขาย และ อื่นๆ รับผิดชอบงานตามที ่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรี บัญชี, บริหารธุรกิจ, เศรษฐศาสตร์ หรือสาขาอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์งานบริการลูกค้า งานเอกสาร งานรับออเดอร์ จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรมบัญชี express ได้จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- สามารถทำงานในสภาวะกดดันได้ดี และแก้ปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี
- มีความขยัน อดทนและมีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี ทำงานเป็นทีมได้ดี
- มีใจรักในการบริการ การติดต่อพูดคุยกับทางลูกค้า
- สามารถปฏิบัติงานวันเสาร์เว้นเสาร์ได้
- ยินดีพิจารณานักศึกษาจบใหม่
