Responsibilities
• Manage day to day and direct all trainings and teaching schedules.
• Provide professional leadership, including manage and supervise all the riding instructors.
• Develop, planning and monitor programs and schedules for club horses to be healthy, fit, and ready for service.
• Ensure proper use of horses and equipment including, developing maintenance schedule.
• Develop and ensure all safety procedures regarding riders, horses, and all training/riding processes.
• Teach club lessons and train club horses.
• Cooperate riders and staffs for smooth operation.
• Support all activities within Riding Department.
• Perform other duties assigned by Riding Manager.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Proficient in English both written and speaking.
• Experience at least 3 years of teaching.
• Competed in Thailand championship events (minimum of novice or jumping 100cm).
• Highly organized, sufficient, and punctual.
• Knowledge in TEF/FEI rules and regulations.
• TEF Coaching (if not, must take and complete within 1 working year).
• Any course by FEI and TEF (Special Consideration).
• Able to work weekends.

สมาคมราชกรีฑาสโมสร มีสาขาย่อยคือ สมาคมราชกรีฑาสโมสรโปโลคลับ เป็นสมาคมชั้นนำที่ให้บริการด้านกีฬาและสันทนาการแก่สมาชิก เป็นระยะเวลาอันยาวนานกว่าร้อยปี สถานที่เป็นพื้นที่สีเขียวขนาดใหญ่ ในย่านเศรษฐกิจ ใจกลางกรุงเทพมหานคร มีสนามกีฬาที่ได้มาตรฐานกว่า 23 ชนิดกีฬา รวมทั้งมีห้องอาหาร ห้องจัดเลี้ยง ให้บริการแก่สมาชิก และในแต่ละเดือนจะมีม้าแข่ง 2 ครั้งต่อเดือน นอกจากนี้ สมาคมฯ ยังมีการจัดกิจกรรมการกุศลให้กับสมาชิกเพื่อการช่วยเหลือสังคมอยู่เสมอ ปัจจุบันนี้ สมาคมฯ มีสมาชิกกว่า 10,000 คน เข้ามาใช้บริการในสมาคมฯ
