What you will do

Job Summary

In this Assistant Sales & Marketing Manager role, you will play a crucial part in driving sales and expanding business for electronic component products. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies and action plans to achieve set targets, while also strengthening relationships with existing customers and actively seeking new opportunities to grow the customer base and penetrate new markets. Your duties will encompass managing the entire process from handling Requests for Quotation (RFQs) and order management to coordinating delivery schedules. Furthermore, you will prepare and present sales performance reports and related sales information regionally, and serve as a key facilitator for communication between the Japan HQ and local staff, leveraging your excellent Japanese language proficiency.

Job Description:

-Develop and execute sales strategies and action plan to achieve sales target.

-Strengthen relationship with existing customers while expanding business through new customers and new markets.

-Handling RFQs, order management and coordinating delivery schedules

-Prepare reports & present sales performance & related sales information in regional

-Facilitation of communication between Japan HQ and Local staffs

Qualifications

-Thai Nationality, Female only, Age 35-45 years old.

-Bachelor's degree in any related fields.

-Good command in English & Japanese Language Proficiency Test at level N3 up.

-At least 5 years experience of B2B sales in manufacturing or trading companies (electronic component products).

-Working hour: Monday-Friday, 08:30-17:30.

Location: Klongtoey, Bangkok
