Responsibilities
1. รายงานการบริหารงานในแผนกและติดตามสรุปปัญหาการแก้ไขและป้องกันให้ผู้บังคับบัญชาทราบ
2. ประสานงานภายในและภายนอกแผนกเพื่อผลักดันให้แผนการทำงานเป็นไปตามกำหนด
3. ควบคุมการจัดการฝึกอบรมตามแผนอบรมประจำปี
4. วางแผนจัดฝึกอบรมประจำเดือนและควบคุมการจัดอบรมให้ได้ตามแผน
5. วิเคราะห์และออกแบบหลักสูตรฝึกอบรม เพื่อพัฒนาพนักงานให้เป็นไปตามนโยบายและเป้าหมายของบริษัทฯ
6. เป็นวิทยากรอบรมให้กับพนักงานในบริษัท
7. จัดหาวิทยากรภายใน และติดต่อวิทยากรภายนอก รวมทั้งให้คำปรึกษาในการสร้างหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมขององค์กร
8. สรุปผลการฝึกอบรม จำนวนผู้เข้าอบรมและค่าใช้จ่ายในแต่ละหลักสูตร เพื่อนำเสนอผู้บังคับบัญชา และรายงานการฝึกอบรมให้กับกรมพัฒนาฝีมือแรงงาน
Qualifications
1. ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาการจัดการทรัพยากรบุคคล หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
2. มีประสบการณ์ทำงานในสายงานฝึกอบรมหรือพัฒนาบุคลากรไม่น้อยกว่า 3 ปีขึ้นไป
3. ทักษะการสื่อสารและการนำเสนอ สามารถถ่ายทอดความรู้และทักษะได้อย่างชัดเจน
4. ทักษะในการออกแบบและพัฒนาโปรแกรมการฝึกอบรมที่มีประสิทธิภาพ
5. ความสามารถในการใช้เทคโนโลยีการฝึกอบรมต่าง ๆ (เช่น ระบบ e-learning, LMS)
6. ทักษะการวิเคราะห์ความต้องการฝึกอบรมจากข้อมูลและผลการประเมินต่าง ๆ
7. มีทักษะในการแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี
