Responsibilities
- วางแผนและบริหารงานด้านการพัฒนาบุคลากร (Human Resource Development) ให้สอดคล้องกับเป้าหมายขององค์กร
- จัดทำแผนฝึกอบรมประจำปี (Training Plan) และบริหารหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมทั้งภายในและภายนอกองค์กร
- วิเคราะห์ความต้องการฝึกอบรมของแต่ละหน่วยงาน (Training Need Analysis)
- พัฒนาหลักสูตรและสื่อการเรียนรู้ให้เหมาะสมกับแต่ละตำแหน่งงาน
ติดตามและประเมินผลการฝึกอบรม พร้อมจัดทำรายงานผล
- ดูแลระบบปฐมนิเทศพนักงานใหม่ (Employee Orientation)
- สนับสนุนการพัฒนาศักยภาพและเส้นทางความก้าวหน้าในสายอาชีพของพนักงาน (Career Development)
- ประสานงานกับหัวหน้าแผนกต่าง ๆ เพื่อยกระดับความสามารถของบุคลากร
Qualifications
- - เพศชาย/หญิง อายุ 30 ปีขึ้นไป
- - วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาทรัพยากรมนุษย์ บริหารธุรกิจ รัฐศาสตร์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- - มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานพัฒนาบุคลากร (HRD) หรือ Training อย่างน้อย 3 ปี
- - หากมีประสบการณ์ระดับหัวหน้างาน หรือบริหารทีม จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- - มีทักษะการจัดทำ Training Roadmap, Training Plan และ KPI ด้านการพัฒนาบุคลากร
- - มีทักษะการสื่อสาร การนำเสนอ และการประสานงานที่ดี
- - มีประสบการณ์ในโรงงานอุตสาหกรรมอาหาร หรือธุรกิจที่มีพนักงานจำนวนมาก จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- - มีความรู้ด้านระบบมาตรฐาน ISO / GHP / HACCP หรือระบบฝึกอบรมที่เกี่ยวข้อง จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
